Warning Letter to ALL Teachers doing M.Phil and Ph.D in Punjab

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state it has come to the Noticed of competent authority that some teachers take admission in M.Phil and Ph.D without departmental permission and study in far way institutions from their place of posting or 200 kilometers distance just to avail the facility of higher Qualification allowance. Due to which ,their performance in schools suffer badly.
2. I am, directed to issue warning all the Teachers that their performance should not suffer in any case while attending classes of M.Phil and Ph.D in evening or weekend program.
