VISIT OF EMPLOYEES OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL / SANCTION OF LEAVE/ STATION LEAVE FROM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS (DEA)

          It has been noticed that employees (teaching/ non-teaching staff of subordinate offices and District Education Authorities are in the habit of visiting office of Secretary Education and other officers of this Department without getting any leave/station leave / Permission from Chief Executive Officer (DEA) and without taking any appointment from the Private Secretary to Secretary School Education. This reflects poor administration and monitoring on the part of subordinate offices. This also affects the performance of teachers that ultimately affect Quality of Education.

               It is therefore, directed that in future no employee (teaching / non-teaching staff) of School Education Department of District Education Authority / subordinate offices will visit this Department without getting leave / station leave / permission sanctioned from Chief Executive Officer (DEA).In Case any employee is found visiting this Department without getting Proper sanctioning of leave / station leave / permission from Chief Executive Officer (DEA), he/she as well as CEO (DEA) will be proceeded under PEEDA Act. 2006.

           You are therefore, directed to circulate the instructions in the field formation for strict compliance.
