It has come to the notice of undersigned that the cases of different employees/teachers/officials working in Education department are found ambiguous at the time of their retirements, which creates botheration for department at different forums.
Therefore, it is hereby reiterated that all the documents both Educational & service record of staff working under your control must be got verified from concerned forum at the earliest. All this exercise should be completed within shortest possible time and compliance report may be sent to this office.
It is directed that the verification fee of educational certificates/degrees, will be paid by concerned employees, which must be collected in the shape of DD/PO/Challan etc instead of cash.
This assignment may be treated most important & too priority.
