Subject: SUBMISSION OF RECONCILIATION STATEMENT FOR THE
FINANCIAL YEAR 2020-2021 & RECTIFICATION OF MISCLASSIFICATION OF RECEIPT/PAYMENT.
Kindly refer to the subject cited above.
It is submitted that, this office requested many times to your good office for reconciliation of receipt & Payment relating to the Financial Year 2020-2021 but the same is still awaited.
It is once again requested that reconciliation statement along with letter for correction entries regarding receipt and payment if any may be provided to this office on or before 26.07.2021 for necessary correction in the accounts.
It is further submitted that, this office will not be able to incorporate any misclassification relating to receipt and payment for the financial year 2020-2021 pointed out at your end after the said date & the responsibility will rest on the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer please.
