NO.SO (SNF) PMIU/2019 (NSB). The Governor of the Punjab is pleased to accord sanction to the
placement of an amount Rs. 3,225,000,000/- (Rupees Three Billion Two Hundred Twenty Five million Only) into the respective SDAs of Chief Executive Officer of District Education Authority and DEO (Secondary) in 34 districts for disbursement of Non-Salary funds for Primary, Elementary, High and Higher Secondary Schools (for 3rd Quarter FY 2019-20) out of already released amount vide Finance Department letter No. BII-21(15)SED/2019-20 dated 08.02.2020 as detail given below:

The expenditure will he debitable under grant No.PC21015 Education-CA-Education-Affairs and Services-092-Secondary Education Affairs and Services.0921-Secondary Education Affairs and Services-092102-Administration LQ4481-Programme Management & Implementation Unit.A0S270- To Others-AD7-Block Allocation for Non-Salary component, during the year 2019-20.
3. The expenditure against above release is subject to strict financial discipline and codal formalities, in prescribed manner.
