ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر (سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن ) اوکاڑہ کی جانب سے مسٹر اسرار حسین پرنسپل گورنمنٹ اسلامیہ ہائی سکول نیو کمپیس اوکاڑہ کی جواب طلبی کی گئی ہے۔ جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ تین جولائی 2021 کو ایک تقریب کا انقاد گورنمنٹ اسلامیہ ہائی سکول نیو کمپیس اوکاڑہ میں کیا گیا۔ اس سلسلے میں یکم جولائی 2021 کو اپ سے زیر دستخطی نے اپ سے تفصیل سے ہر معاملا ڈسکس کیا ۔ جس میں اپ نے ایک تجویز دی کہ آئی ایس اے کے چیک کی تقسیم کے سلسلے میں لوکل مشہور شخصیات کو مدعو کیا جائے ۔
اس کے علاوہ اپ جانتے ہیں کہ حکومت ایڈمیشن ، لیٹریسی ریٹ اور شجر کاری کو بڑھانے میں کوشاں اور سنجیدہ ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں اپ کے سکول میں ایک تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا ۔ جس میں چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی ضلع اوکاڑہ اور دوسری مشہور شخصیات کو مدعو کیا گیا تھا۔ اس تقریب میں آئی ایس اے چیک ، رپورٹ کارڈز اور نے شرکت کی۔
اس سلسلے میں آپ نے اپنے سکول میں مناسب انتظامات نہیں کئے۔اور عین موقع پر آپ نے بتایا کہ آئی ایس اے کے چیک کی تقسیم پوسٹ پون کر دی گئی ہے۔ ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر (سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن ) اوکاڑہ کو اعلی افیسران اور بلائے گئے مہمانوں کے سامنے شدید شرمندگی محسوس ہوئی ۔ اپ کا رویہ انتہائی چڑچڑااور عجیب و غریب تھا۔آپ کے سکول کی صفائی نہ ہونے کے برابر تھی۔ ہال میں جگہ جگہ جالے لٹک رہے تھے ۔ اپ غیر مہذب رویہ اور بدتمیزانہ گفتگو انتہائی نہ پسند کی گئی تھی۔آپ انتہائی نااہل، اور ناکام آفیسر ہیں ۔ جس کی وجہ سے اپ کے خلاف پیڈا ایکٹ 2006 کے تحت کاروائی ہونئ چاہئے۔آپ اس پوسٹ کے قابل نہ ہیں ۔اور آپ اس پوسٹ کا مذاق اڑا رہے ہیں ۔ آپ کام وغیرہ کچھ نہیں کرتے ۔بلکہ ہمیشہ اپنے اپ کو مصروف شو کرتے ہیں۔
اس پہلے بھی آپ کو آپ کی ناہلی کی وجہ سے سرینڈر کیا جا چکا ہے۔
لہذا آپ کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ آپ اپنے اوپر لگائے گئے تمام سوالات کا تحریری جواب دو دن کے اندر جمع کروائیں ۔

Reference meeting dated 03.07.2021.
A ceremony was arranged to be held on 03.07.2021. In this regard on 01.07.2021, complete discussion was made with you in the O/O the undersigned. You were also suggested and invited local prominent personality for distribution of ISA cheques.
As you are well aware that Govt. is very serious in increase of admissions, literacy rate and tree plantation. In this regard a meeting was held in your school on 03.05.2021, in which worthy Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Okara and other local prominent personality was invited for distribution ISA cheques, report card, enrolment drive and tree plantation.
You did not made the proper arrangement for the above said purpose. On the spot you were inform that the distribution of ISA cheques was postponed. The undersigned has to face very awkward position before the higher authority as well as the guests invited by yourself. Your behavior was awkward, groggy and dilly-dally. Your actions and behavior is viewed seriously. You have committed insubordination. Your command and control was not appreciable. You acted diffidently. The cleanliness of school was poor. The webs were hanging in the Hall. Your rude behavior slackness and indecent conversation was unliked. It comes under Incompetency, inefficiency, misconduct, in subordination and liable to be proceeded against you under PEEDA ACT-2006. It is also seems that you are not suitable for this place of posting. You are not playing justice but playing mockery for this job, look busy but do nothing. You were previously surrendered from Govt. Islamia High School, New Campus Okara on account of inefficiency and misconduct.
You are directed to explain your position within 2 days, for further necessary action, otherwise it will be communicated to the higher authorities.
