NO. SO(SE-1)1-276/2016: In the light of decision of Punjab Service Tribunal in Appeal No. 4969/2016 and accordingly this department’s order No. SO(E&D-1)1-2812015 dated 10.08.2020 whereby major penalty of reduction to a lower post and pay scale from the substantive or regular post was converted into the minor penalty of withholding of increment for a period of one year, Mr. Zafar lqbal is hereby restored into BS-19 w.e.f. 10.11.2016 and upon restoration he is posted as Principal (BS-19), Government Higher Secondary School, Donga Bonga, District Bahawalnagar.
