SUBJECT : REGULARIZATION / EXTENSION OF CONTRACT EMPLOYEES OF BPS-17 AND BPS-18 

Kindly refer to the subject cited above.

It is submitted that vide your letter no. SO(SE-i)i-148/2018 dated 27-09-2018 and 20-08-2018 regarding regularization / extension of contract employees of bs-17 and bs-18 (male & female) where government had formulated a committee and the director public instruction ( SE ) Punjab Lahore was nominated as convener while director administration male and Director P&B , Office of the Director Public Instruction (SE) Punjab , Lahore were designated as Members. In this context , after physically verification and consolidation of the record documents of the contract employees of bs-17 & bs-18 (female) , the summary and complete data along with recommendations(Annex-B) is submitted herewith for further course of action in the matter please.

Note : Personal Files of Officers BS-17 & BS-18 , Male are kept with this Directorate and will be presented whenever School Education Department demand.
