In compliance with the Punjab Regularization of Service Act/ 2018 amended ordinance 2019/ In pursuance of Government of the Punjab S&GAD Vide notification No.SO(ERB)(S&GAD15-19/2018 (Regulation Wing) Dated 29-07-2019/ regarding Regularization of Educators who were Recruited on Contract under the provision of Recruitment Policy 2016 and hove served continuously Three Years’ service (commencement of the Act ibid.). In the light of Regularization Act/ amended 2019/ the scrutiny committee checked all the documents and other service record of the Contract Employee one by one in detail and unanimously approved the following Cases of the contract employee for Regularization. Consequent upon on the recommendation and the responsibility of the scrutiny committee the following ESE’s already recruited on contract basis under the provision of contract Recruitment Policy 2016 issued by the School Education Department are hereby appointed / Regularized and Re-Designated on Regular basis as PST in BPS-14 @(15180-1170-50280) WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT against the post presently held by them. Their services shall be governed under the Punjab Civil Servants Act/ 1974 / Punjab Civil Servants (appointments & Conditions of service) Rules/ 1974 and the Rules framed there-under from time to time and all other Rules applicable to regular Government employees on the conditions mentioned below.
