It is stated for strict compliance & going to brought in your notice that collection/ receiving of gifts, gratification or any kind of entertainment/refreshment etc. in the field formation of School Education Department is completely prohibited. Such kind of unethical act is come under the category of misconduct. If it is felt or observed through any source strict action will be taken against the delinquent officer/official and teacher under PEEDA Act 2006.
You are hereby directed to widely circulate the above said directions in all Heads of the Institutions, Deputy District Education Officers & Assistant Education Officers working under your administrative control & to ensure the compliance in letter and spirit. During the course of visits as well as routine meetings, this issue must be highlighted at a top priority basis. All kind of direct correspondence with higher offices is also to be stopped & discouraged accordingly.
