Reference on the Subject cited above. It is requested to provide the services record of all the ESTs Arts(Male) upto 20.02.1997 and ESTs Female up to 31.12.1998 joining in Lahore District by date of appointment or transferred from other district for in-service promotion from EST to SST having qualification MA(2nd Division) / M.Ed. M.A. (Education) , B.Ed (2nd Division). ESTs male Science having qualification M.Sc. (2nd Division) in Mathematics ,Physics , Chemistry , Biology or Zoology along M.Ed. M.A. (Edu.) or B.Ed (2nd Division) upto 31.12.2013 and ESTs (Female) upto 31.12.2016 joining in Lahore District by date of appointment or transferred from other district for in-service promotion from ESTs to SSTs Science. 1. Face sheet dully attested by the concerned Head/Dy. DEO/DEO 2. Appointment Orders as EST with Joining Report 3. Degree of MA/M.Sc. / M.Ed/B.Ed/ etc along with detail marks sheet and their verification from concerned Universities / HEC. 4. Copy of Service Book completed upto 31.12.2018 5. Result for the Last three years 6. Transferred Orders from other District (If any) ACRs from last 5 years w.e.f. 2014 to 2018 along with synopsis dully counter signed by the competent authority along with No Enquiry , No Demand and No punishment certificate must be enclosed with their in-service promotion files. You are once again requested that the above mention documents / information may be please be submitted in the Office of the undersigned on or before 31.07.2019 positively without fail otherwise missing candidates will not have any right for claim of promotion. THIS MUST BE TREATED ON TOP PRIORITY . Note : The above mention dates can be reduced or extended as per available of vacant posts.
