After Continue Struggle of Kashif Shahzad Chaudhry President Punjab Government Schools Association of Computer Teachers (PACT) Lahore , the School Education Department admitted that the Professional Qualification for SST CS/IT not required for regularization. Mr. Kashif Shahzad Chaudhry inagurate the PACT Punjab Association for Government Schools Computer Teachers in February 2019. He is struggling for basic rights of teachers Specially for IT / Computer Teachers Continuesly.
Due to his struggle , the Punjab Government accept the rights of Computer Teachers and give clear Guideliness of all Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authorities) that for regularization of SST CS?IT only , no need any kind of Professional Qualification recruited in 2008,2009 and 2011.
GUIDANCE REGARDING REGULARIZATION OF SERVICES OF EDUCATORS APPOINTED UNDER RECRUITMENT POLICY 2008 – 2009
In continuation of this department’s letter of even number dated 25 09 2020 on the subject cited above.
2. I am further directed to clarify that rules framed in 2014 are not applicable on recruitments of SSEs ICS/IT) made in 2008. 2009, 2011 retrospectively Therefore, the requisite qualification considered for regularization of SSEs (CS/IT) shall be the one mentioned in Recruitment Policy of 2008. 2009, 2011 and also would have been published in the advertisement at that time.
