PEEDA ACT 2006 on Mr. Nadeem Shafaqat AEO Sadiqabad on using abusive language and indecent words against Higher Authorities

ORDER

WHEREAS, the Deputy Detect Education Officer (EEM) Tehsil Sadiqabad. District Rahimyarkhan ode his letter No. 1709 dated 22.10.2019 has submitted that Mr. Nadeem Shafaqat AEO (M) Markaz Roshan Bhait Tehsil Sadiqabad is not continuously providing visit reports for onward submission for the last three weeks till to date. The said AEO is involved in inappropriate activities and also being so called District President of AEOs Association often remains busy to encourage AEOs unlawfully to join and observe the strikes Due to his activities the quality of education and tehsil ranking e suffering. A report regarding his role in observing previous strike of AEOs and interrupting the official work on 12.10.2019 in the office Deputy District Education Officer EEM Tehsil Sadiqabad has already been received in this office vide No. 1658 dated 12 10.2019. Moreover, he also calls a stoke from 23.10.2019 un-till the completion of AEOs demands. Being District President the said AEO has issued a stoke notice to undersigned dated 21.10.2019 threating therein that “If our demands cannot be all the AEOs M/F of District RYK will Boycott the Census 2019. No Visit and No Daak (Pen down strike)” Besides this, the said AEO is also found to have uttered indecent words and used abusive language against the higher Authonties on Social Media_ He used abusive and filthy language against his superior officers like “Kon Log ho Tussi” “Koi Sharam Hoti hay Koi Hava Hoti Hay”.
AND WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the reports dated 12.10.2019 and 22.10.2019 containing screenshot etc., it has been concluded that there are sufficient material is available on file to proceed against Mr. Nadeem Shafaqat AEO (M) Markaz Roshan Bhait Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahimyarkhan on account of his activities prejudicial to the good service order and warrants immediate disciplinary proceedings.

NOW THEREFORE, the services of Mr. Nadeem Shafaqat Ali AEO (M) Markaz Roshan Bhait. are hereby placed on suspension under section 6 of the Punjab Employees Efficiency. Disciplinary and Accountability Act (PEEDA) — 2006 on account of “Inefficiency” & ‘Misconduct’ as defined under section 2 (k) and 2 (n) of the PEEDA Act-2006. During the period of suspension he shall remain attached with the office of the undersigned tit, the culmination of Departmental Proceedings. The order of inquiry under section 5 (1) (b) of the PEEDA Act-2006 shall Be issued separately.
