Subject : NSB Financial Reporting Application in SIS

Please refer to the Subject.
This is with regard of data entry in NSB Module of School Information System (SIS) . Various error and anomalies have been observed in the data entered by schools in SIS. In order to ensure correct data entry , School are required to re-enter all the data in SIS step by step. In the first step , Schools will only enter the opening balance along with the bank details. Data regarding expenses and receipts will be added at a later stage once the correct opening balance have been entered. As a first step , schools are required to enter the following details in SIS.
Name of Bank
Bank Account Number
Whether this account is used only for NSB purpose or not. If this account contains other funds e.g. Farogh-e-Taleem Fund, Please select No in the relevant question.
Bank balance as of 01-07-2019 (As per Bank Statement).
Please note that the schools are required to enter only the above mention details at this stage. Further instructions to enter other details will be shared at a later stage. You are kindly requested to instruct schools to enter the required details in SIS after 01-07-2019 and no later than 10-07-2019.
All the CEO/DMOs are required to extend full support to schools while recording the entries in NSB Financial Reporting Application in SIS to ensure correct reporting of NSB opening balance (as of 01-07-2019).
