Notification EST (BS-15) to SST (BS-16) Arts (Male) Rahim Yar Khan 2020

NOTIFICATION

Consequent upon the approval of the District Promotion Committee Rahim Yar khan constituted by Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department Lahore vide notification No.SOR-III(S&GAD)2-15/87(P-I) dated 19.01.2018 issued by S&GAD and Guidance letter No.SO(SE-111)5-121/2011(P-I) dated 02.07.2019, in its meeting held on 21 02 2020, the following in-service Elementary School Teachers (EST’s ) BS-15 of (All Cadre) Male working in Rahimyarkhan District are hereby promoted (Under in-service promotion quota ) as Secondary School Teacher SST’s Male (Arts- Science) in BS-16 (Gazetted) on regular basis with effect from the date on which they will join at their new place of posting on the terms & conditions given below :

Note:-
The promotees are responsible to upload their request/options on SIS through E-Transfer System for their posting/ adjustment separately. In case of failure/non-compliance, affectee will be personally responsible in this regard.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. No TA/DA is admissible.
2 The promotees shall have to join their new place of posting within fifteen days after the issuance of posting / adjustment order, to be issued separately from SIS, otherwise it will be presumed that they are not willing to avail promotion as SST (Arts/Sc), he/she will be deemed to have forgone his/her promotion and their promotion shall be treated as cancelled/withdrawn automatically.
3. The validity of promotion and release of salaries of the above promotees is subject to the verification of service record, degrees from the recognized concerned institutions/Education Board/Universities etc. the concerned controlling authority/joining authority and DDOs are personally responsible for this purpose. If the service record, degree(s) and certificate(s) are found bogus, the promotion of individual posting will be considered as withdrawn/cancelled by the DPC as well as by the appointing authority.
4. They will join at their new place of posting at their own expenses.
5. In case of any appeal and its decision on merit, the promotion of any of the above mention promotees may be cancelled and he can be reverted to his previous post. In such promotion cases the affectee shall have no right to challenge the same before any court of law. Similar condition will apply in case any of academic/professional certificate/degree of any of above appointee is declared bogus by the concerned issuing Board/University or ineligible for promotion then he shall be reverted back to his/her original post besides taking disciplinary action by the authority.
6. They will be relieved from their present place of postings after the issuance of formal posting / adjustment order, separately from School Information System (SIS).

5. The Deputy Director (Monitoring) School Education Department, Lahore for tagging these promoted teachers to invite the priorities regarding adjustment / allotment of new stations / schools.
6. The Deputy Commissioner/Administrator DEA, Rahimyarkhan.
7. The District Monitoring Officer, Rahimyarkhan
8. The District Education Officer (EEW/EEM/SE), Rahimyarkhan with the request to communicate this notification to all the promoted teachers with the direction to upload their requests / options on SIS/E-Transfer System, for their posting /. Adjustment.
9. The District Accounts Officer, Rahimyarkhan.
10. The Deputy District Education Officers (EEM/EEW) Tehsil RYK/SDK/LQP/KPR
11. The Head of concerned High Schools Male & Female in District, Rahimyarkhan.
12. All the above noted Promoted Teachers.
