سروس اینڈ جنرل ایڈمنسٹریشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ لاہور کی جانب سے تمام سرکاری دفاتر میں بغیر کرونا ویکسنشن سرٹیفیکٹ کے داخلہ پر مکمل پابندی عائد کر دی گئی ہے۔ کوئی بھی شخص بغیر سرٹیفیکٹ کسی بھی دفتر میں داخل نہیں ہو سکتے۔

Subject: NO ENTRY WITHOUT COVID-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that COVID-19 cases are on rise and intensive vaccination drive is under way by Government of the Punjab.
2. To minimize the risk of spread of disease, I am further directed to convey the instructions of Competent Authority to regulate entry of visitors into Civil Secretariat, Lahore and other Public Offices subject to provision of vaccination certificate.
