SUBJECT : MINOR PENALITY OF FINE UNDER PEEDA ACT 2006

As per report received from the District Monitoring Officer , Vehari vide No. DMO/VR/1530 dated 21.01.2019. The said school was visited on 19.01.2019 and during the visit following observations were recorded which were required to be rectified. Detail is under : i). During the visit your 10 B class attendance was 32/59 (54.24%) which was below target of 92% given by the Govt. of the Punjab. In this regard you were called for personal hearing vide this office No. 856/ESR , dated 04.02.2019 to the undersigned office for the justification in you defense. You have submitted your statement which was observed but found unsatisfactory. So your are hereby impose minor penalty of fine amounting to Rs.4000/- under PEEDA ACT 2006 with the directions to deposit fine amount in Government Treasury (Account No. C-02818 NBP) through bank challan No.32 within 7-days under intimation to this office. In case of failure the fine amount will be deducted from you salary.
