Subject : MEETING REGARDING DOUBLE SHIFT SCHOOLS PROGRAM AT GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS

I am directed to refer to subject cited above and state that the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to start Double Shift Schools Program aiming to increase student’s access through new school spaces in areas where the appropriate school-level places do not exist or are overcrowded.
In this context, a meeting has been convend on 16th July, 2020 at 1400 hours under the chairmanship of Secretary Elementary and Secondary Education in the Committee Room of this department on Video Link.
You are request to attend t. meeting on date, time and venue fixed please. Points to be discussed:
i) District Enrolment Target
ii) Identification of overcrowded schools
iii) Identification of schools where DSS program may be launched.
iv) Mechanism for collecting data regarding OOSC in each district
v) Smart Schooling Plan bY DEO(M) Hari Pur
