Implementation of decisions of IPEMC regarding reopening of Schools in COVID-19

ہائیر ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ  گورنمنٹ آف دی پنجاب نے بین الصوبائی وزراتعلیم کانفرنس  کا اجلاس وفاقی وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود کی زیر صدارت 4 جنوری 2021  کو اسلام آباد میں ہوئی ۔جس میں مختلف فیصلے کیے گئے ۔ جس کے مطابق

تمام سیکنڈری اور ہائیر سیکنڈری کلاسز (گورنمنٹ اور پرائیوٹ سکولز )  کو فوری طور پر 18 جنوری سے کھولنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ۔

تمام یونیورسٹیز( سرکاری اور نجی )  1 فروری 2021سے کھول دی جائیں گی۔

تمام اداروں کا سٹاف 11 جنوری سے اداروں میں پابند ہو گا۔ اور اداورں میں شروع ہونے والی کلاسز کا انتظام کرے گا۔

ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کی جانب سے جاری ہونے والی گائیڈ لائن نمبر 8 کے مطابق آن لائن ٹیچنگ ، لرننگ اور امتحانات پر سختی سے عمل کیا جائے گا۔

ادارے کھلنے کے بعد کرونا کے ایس او پی پر سختی سے عمل درآمد ہر صورت یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔

NO.S.O(Admn)11-177.2020. In pursuance of the decision taken in the meeting of Inter Provincial Education Ministers Conference ( IPEMIC ) held on 04-01-2021 under the chairman’s Ship of Federal Minister, Ministry of Education and Professional Training, to Consider re-opening of Educational Institutions in the backdrop of COVID-19 , following directions are hereby issued for the strict Compliance.

1. Intermediate (11th & 12th ) classes in Public /Private Sectors and autonomous Colleges shall start w.e.f. 18th January 2021.

2. All Public / Private Sector Universities degree awarding institutions and autonomous bodies shall open w.e.f. 1st February 2021.

3. Boards Examinations of SSC / HSSC shall be held in the Months of May/June 2021 respectively.

4. The Staff (teaching and Non- Teaching) of the Colleges / Universities / Autonomies bodies shall continue to their respective institutions w.e.f. 11 January 2021 for preparation of start of classes and Collection of assignments etc.

5. HEC policy guidance Note No. 8 dated 26.11.2020 regarding online teaching, learning and exams shall be strictly followed by universities.

6. While Opening the Institution the concerned administration shall ensure strict implementation of SOPs already communicated while Primary and Secondary Health Department letter Dated 02.02.2020 to prevent Corona PANDEMIC.
