Head Teacher suspended on violation of PEC ITEM BANK in Rawalpindi

مسٹر ویز خان ہیڈ ٹیچر گورنمنٹ سیکنڈری سکول پی ڈی ہینڈرا تحصیل روالپنڈی کے خلاف شکایت موصول ہونے کے بعد کاروائی کی گئی۔ سی ای او پیک کو شکایت موصول ہوئی تھی کہ ہیڈ ٹیچر پنجاب ایگزامینشن کمیشن کی جانب سے بنائے گئے آئٹم بنک کو فالو نہیں کیا جا رہا تھا۔ جب ہیڈ ماسٹر گورنمنٹ سیکنڈری سکول پی ڈی ہینڈرا تحصیل روالپنڈی کو اس بابت ٹیلی فون پر پوچھا گیا تو اس پر ہیڈ ٹیچر نے اس بات کو تسلیم کیا کہ اس نے غلطی کی ہے ۔ اور وہ فوری طور پر پیک کے آئٹم بنک سے نئے پیپر بنا کر دوبار امتحان لے گا۔

Subject:-COMPLAINT AGAINST Mr. KHAN WAIZ SST IN CHARGE HEAD GHS PD HANDARA TEHSIL RAWALPINDI

It is submitted that, today CEO (PEC) visited GHS PD Bhandara Tehsil Rawalpindi and it has come in the notice of the respected sir (CEO PEC) that, the head of the above mentioned school is not following the SOPs of School based assessment and he is himself making question papers of his own choice and not using the item bank provided by PEC and not making the question papers from item bank which is clear cut misconduct and inefficiency on the part of Mr. Khan Waiz SST in charge head GHS PD Bhandra Tehsil Rawalpindi.

When telephonically, inquired the matter by him, he confessed that it is my mistake, he is directed to make arrangements to prepare the paper form item bank provided by PEC within an hour.
It is recommended that, his services may pleased be suspended immediately on the charge of inefficiency and mis-conduct.
