SUBJECT: GUIDELINES REGARDING CORRECTION OF DATA, POST VERIFICATION AND PROVISION OF PST TEACHERS’ SUBJECT
on SIS

Apropos the subject.
2. It is to inform you that School Education Department is conducting the exercise regarding correction of data, post verification and provision of Teachers Subject of PST on School Information System (SIS) w.e.f. 16-12.2019.
3. The following guidelines will be followed during this exercise:
• Post Verification:
CEO (DEA) concerned will verify the verified posts and correct the verified post, if required.
• Data Correction:
The District Monitoring Officer concerned will correct the data of teachers i.e. Name, CNIC, Date of Birth. Personnel Number, Date of Joining, Date of Promotion, Domicile and Grade/ Designation, after checking the original relevant documents.
• Addition of Subjects of PST Teachers:
School Head will add the subjects of PST teachers. All schools are required to mark their school head from school’s tablet.
4. You are therefore, requested to complete this exercise by
21-12-2019 positively.
