Subject: EXPLANATION

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above.
2. It was conveyed time and again by the Department not to assign irrelevant tasks other than teaching to Computer / IT teaches but the same has not been complied with in letter and spirit and a number of complaints have been received.
3. The Competent Authority has taken a serious notice of this violation of instructions and has desired to explain your position. You are therefore directed to submit your reply within a week.
