                                Whereas the undersigned , being competent authority , proceeded against to Mst. Shahida Parveen (PST) Govt. Girls Primary School 39/JB Tehsil saddar District Faisalabad , under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline & Accountability Act 2006. The Accused was served a show cause notice to explain her written defiance within 7 days of the receipt of the notice vide this office Memo No. 4182 /EC-I dated 27.10.2018.

The charge level against the accused was :

AS PER REPORTED BY THE DEPUTY DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER (W-EE) TEHSIL SADDAR DISTRICT FAISALABAD , THE CHARGE LEVEL AGAINST YOU

                                Your Teacher Punished the Student.

The accused submitted her written defiance / reply to the undersigned on appearing for personal hearing on 06.11.2018. The statement of the accused teacher was examined, and the undersigned, as competent authority, being not satisfied with the defense reply submitted by the accused hereby award Minor Penalty of Fine R.5000/- within the meaning of section 4(1)(a)(iii) of the Punjab Employees ,Efficiency ,Discipline & Accountability Act 2006.
