CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE OF TEACHERS PERFORMING DUTY AT COVID-19 CENTERS & INSAF IMDAD DISTRIBUTION CENTERS IN FAISALABAD
چیف ایگزیکٹو آفسیر ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی فیصل آباد کی جانب سے تمام ایجوکیشن آفیسران کو ایک مراسلہ جاری کیا گیا ہے کہ ڈسٹرکٹ اکاونٹ آفیسر کی جانب سے ان اساتذہ کرام کا کنوینس الاونس بھی کاٹ لیا گیا ہے جو کہ کرونا کی چھٹیوں کے دوران سکولز ، کرونا سنٹرز اور امداد احساس کیش سنٹرز پر تعینات رہے ۔اس صورتحال کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے اس ضلع کے تمام ڈی ڈی او ان تمام اساتذہ کرام کی لسٹیں ان کی حاضری روپورٹس جمع کروائیں تاکہ ان کا کاٹا گیا کنوینس الاونس دلوایا جا سکے ۔ اس ضمن میں ایسے تمام اساٹذہ کرام کی مکمل لسٹیں فوری طور پر جمع کروائی جا سکیں ۔

Please refer to the subject cited above.
It is intimated that District Accounts Officer, Faisalabad has deducted conveyance allowance of officers/officials/teachers who attended the offices/schools which fall under District Education Authority, Faisalabad. Whereas, some representatives of officers/officials/ teachers approached this office and highlighted that despite closure of schools/offices some officers/officials/teachers had attended their offices/schools/quarantine centres established for preventive measures of Covid-19/insaf imdad distribution centres or their respective schools/offices.
In view of the foregoing. you are conveyed to circulate instructions among all DDOs falling your administrative control bearing information that in case of any of the teachers/officers/officials performed official duty during said period, they may submit their claims with proof of their attendance/duty for recovery of deducted conveyance allowance through the concerned DDOs to your offices and your offices may forward the said claims to the District Accounts Officer, Faisalabad being Controlling Officer.
