Subject: CONVENING OF PRE DAC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE GENERALAUDIT/ADVANCE PARAS (SAP/NON SAP) OF VARIOUS FORMATIONS OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
With reference to the Director Public Instruction (EE) Punjab. Lahore letter No. 4918/Audit-11 on the subject noted above.
Your personal and immediate attention is invited to the letter No. 3098/Audit-I1 dated 17.06.2019. vide which verification of record was made of your wing on 18.07.2019 and 19.07.2019 at office of the DEO (EEW/EEM), Bahawalpur. The discrepancies detected during verification were also conveyed to you for compliance / report. Furthermore, you were also intimated through telephonically for compliance in this regard. But it is very regretted to say that progress on this issue and outcome of meeting / working papers have not been conveyed to this office as well as to the Directorate of Public Instructions (EE) Punjab, Lahore.
Now therefore, you are once again directed to provide the requisite working papers (6-sets) of Audit Paras, Advance Paean in the shape of booklet duly signed and countersigned by the authority as discussed in the meeting at Bahawalpur for onward transmission to the Directorate of Public Instruction (EE) Punjab, Lahore. If you fail to provide the above mentioned information within five days, the action will propose against you to the Secretary, Govt. of the Punjab accordingly. This letter may be considered as Final Reminder.
