Kindly find Attached herewith a copy of PM UO No. 1258/M/SPM/2020 dated 28-03-2020 , forwarded by Chief Secretary Petition Cell / PMDU vide NO. PMDU/CS/5-24/2020 dated 31-03-2020 on the subject cited above.
2. As per directions received from Prime Minister Citizen’s grievances shall not be ignored even the current situation related to COVID-19 in the country. All Officers shall remain in contact with citizens to provide timely services and redress their grievance, while working from home through digitally accessible portal.
3. I am , therefore , directed to request to ensure strict compliance of directions and process all Pakistan Citizens Portal Complaints on merit and as per manual.
