ORDER

It has been reporting that most of the Junior clerks are avoiding to work as typist / Computer work. Whenever , they are deputed for typing work. They denied that they can not do typing work. Whereas , the typing work at the speed of 25WPM is the basic requirement for recruitment as junior Clerk. Due to the above said situation , the efficiency / working of the district office and sub-ordinates offices is suffering badly. It proves that they have lost their eligibility to continue job a Junior work which tantamounts to in-efficiency and misconduct.
In view of the above , the Addl. Deputy Commissioner (Rev.) Bahawalpur , is directed to conduct typing test of all the junior clerks posted in District Offices as well as subordinates offices as per required typing speed . The typing test may be arranged on Computer pertaining to the following Program.
i. M.S.Word
ii. Inpage
The result of type test may be submitted to the under signed within one month for further proceedings.
