Subject: ADMISSIBILITY OF FULL ADHOC RELIEF ALLOWANCE DURING LEAVE

Reference Office of the Controller General of Accounts letter No. 1720/CGA/Reg/I-1/2019/164 dated 06-03-2020 on the subject noted above.
2. The Finance Division endorses the viewpoint of the Office of the CGA vide above referred letter that all sorts of allowances (except Conveyance Allowance) like House Rent. Allowance, Medical Allowance, Orderly Allowance etc. are paid in full during leave on half pay. Therefore, Adhoc Relief allowances shall also be paid in full during leave on half pay like other allowances.
