It Is submitted that 06 of the IT teachers of District Education Authority were assigned the duties at the office of Chief Executive Officer District Health Authority Khushab vide No. 474-85/DHO(MIS& HRM)/DHA dated 11.04.2020, in compliance to your good office order vide No. 832/DC/G.B/KHB dated 10.04.2020, in the wake of Pandemic COVID-19.
