Submission of SNE Cases 1227 upgraded Schools in Punjab
A notification issued on September 9,2022, directed to School Education Department to submit requisite information for SNE cases to Finance Department already 1227 Upgraded high School ( Male / Female) in larger public Interest.
All Schools must submit following Data.
- Expenditure Budget Certificate ( BM-16).
- Latest Enrollment
- Present Sanction Posts
- Vacancy Position
- FD’s Previous Advice

Subject : Submission of SNE Cases 1227 upgraded Schools FROM ELEMENTARY TO HIGH LEVEL.
Kindly Refer to the School Education Department letter SO(SNE)Upgradation/2020(USB) V-1 dated 9th September, 2022, whereby the School Education Department has directed to submit the requisite information for submission of SNE cases to Finance Department already 1227 upgraded High Schools (M&F) in larger Public interest vide Govt. of Punjab, Scho.31 Education Department notification SO(SNE) UPGRADATION/2020 Dated 21th February, 2020.
You are requested to submit complete SNE cases related to your district in reference of above said Upgradation of 1227 Schools from Elementary to High Level, alongwlth all the following pre-requisite documents for the submission of SNE cases to the Finance Department up to 30-09-2022:
i. Expenditure Budget Certificate (BM-16) according to revised norm issued School Education Department vide No. SO(SNE)NORMS/2014 dated (Copy attached)
ii. Latest Enrolment
iii. Present sanctioned posts alongwith vacancy position
iv. FD’s previous advice
Note: You are further requested that if SNE has already issued then copy may be provided, and If not Issued the required posts according to the norm, the case for issuing of SNE was already submitted by you then the status of the said case may be.
