CHECKLIST FOR G.P FUND ADVANCE CASE

1. Application
2. Attested copy of CNIC.
3. G.P fund from duly countersigned by the DEO concerned.
4. Computerized payslip.
5. Final re-calculation sheet of G.P fund issued by the A.G Punjab
6. Affidavit (As per prescribed format)
7. Copy of secondary school certificate (in case of non-refundable GP Fund)
8. Copy of own house/plot. (if required)
