Updation of Data on ECCE Parameters of SIS By PHCIP Schools
Govt. of the Punjab issued orders to Chief Executive Officers to update the students data of those schools working under Project of “Punjab Human Capital Investment Project”. Those schools which get the ECCE Learning Kit in 3400 Schools located in 11 PHCIP Project Districts.

SUBJECT: UPDATION OF DATA ON ECCE PARAMETERS OF SCHOOL INFORMATION SYSTEMS (SIS) BY HEAD TEACHERS FOR 3400 PIMP SCHOOLS
Please refer to the notification No.1-14/HCl/PMIU/SED/Tech/2020/22290 dated 27 April 2022 wherein Katchi classes of PHCIP 3400 Schools were renamed as ECCE by worthy Secretary, School Education Department.
2. It is to be brought in your kind notice that “Punjab Human Capital Investment Project” (PHCIP) has standardized, procured and distributed ECCE learning kit in 3400 schools located in 11 PHCIP project districts.
3. You are, therefore, requested to please request field formations / Head teachers to report/update data fields pertaining to ECCE parameters of SIS including availability of room for ECCE, availability and source of ECCE Kit for PHCIP schools on regular basis.
