Submission of Files for SSEs / AEOs Contract Extension in Rahim Yar Khan

Contract Extension of SSEs / AEOs working in Rahim Yar Khan. Those SSEs and AEOs whose contract will expire in next month , They must submit their files before June 20,2022 for Contract Extension under CEO DEA Rahim yar Khan issued a letter regarding the Extension of SSEs / AEOs on 17-06-2022.

1. Application for Extension in Contract Period

2. First Appointment Order (Photo Copy)

3. Joining Report (Photo Copy)

4. CNIC (Photo Copy)

5. Computerized Pay slip (Photo Copy)

6. Last Extension Orders issued by Department (Photo Copy)

7. All Educational & Professional Certificates

8. Performance Certificate

9. Satisfactory Service Certificate

10. Recommendation for One Year in Contract Extension

This Check List is mention in revised letter for Extension in Contract of Secondary School Educators / Assistant Education Officers issued by District Education Officer (SE) Rahim Yar Khan.
