Now School Education Department , Open the Correction of Teachers and Head Teachers data on School Information System (SIS) from Today. According to this letter all Relevant offices in Punjab are responsible to correct the Teachers data as soon as possible. So that for Next Phase of E Transfer 2002 , correct data available.

Subject:- CORRECTION OF DATA ON SIS.
In continuation of this Directorate Memo No. PROF.HRMIS. DIR(ADMN) 2759 dated 08 06.2022.
2. It has been observed that some mistakes have occurred by the CEOs as well as respective authorities while issuing Notification regarding regularization of educators from contract mode to regular. Necessary correction in the regularization notifications and its updation on SIS is required to be made.
3. All CEOs have already been provided the option regarding correction of data in the SIS through their login. Kindly ensure correction at your end instead of forwarding the cases to DPI(EE) office or Secretary School Education office.
4. It has further been observed that the staff / concerned officer in the field usually misguides the teachers and suggest them to visit the DPI(EE) office Lahore or Secretary School Education for correction of Data This practice and misguiding must be control and save the teacher from making them rolling stone.
5. No placement on diposal is allowed in any case However it may be ensured that the data in the system regarding vacant and occupied posts are purely according to the sanctioned posts and without an any mistake /
incorrect entry.
