SUBJECT: IMPLEMENTATION STATUS OF PREPARATION OF EXAMINATION
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that Worthy Secretary, School Education Department, South Punjab has made clear instructions regarding preparation of examination during his online address on 04.03.2022 to all the CEOs, DEOs, Dy DEOs, AE0s, Principals/Head teachers and teachers etc. It is assumed that implementation regarding preparation of examination has been made. However. you are directed to share the following data in hard and soft form on 05.04.2022 before 03:00 PM:

No of meetings conducted with district administration i.e. DE0s, Dy. DEOs and AE0s. |

No of meetings conducted with Head Teachers at Tehsil and local/cluster level. |
|
Follow up of dissemination of instructions at all levels issued on 14.03.2022 (Copy Annexed). |

Schedule of Mock Exam issued at District, Tehsil and Local level. |
|
Share the mechanism adopted to prepare subject wise papers, conduct marking of papers’ timeline, discussion with students on weak areas for the sake of improvement. preparation of wise profile, 20% rechecking of papers by Head Teachers, feedback to parents through PTM and vigorous field visit of District School Education Administration. |

Meetings of Head Teachers / Teachers with parents taking them in confidence for remedial lessons in zero periods before or after school time. |

Preparation of student profiles with respect to strengths and weaknesses in particular subjects. |
Further directed to request you to share schedule of Mock-exams by 05.04.2022 so that the department may monitor it effectively. The Subject-matter will be the top agenda in the CEOs Conference in the coming week.
