Subject: IMPLEMENTATION OF DIRECTIONS OF HONOURABLE OMBUDSMAN PUNJAB
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that matter regarding enrollment of students by the un-registered private school in Mianwali district was taken tip by the Ombudsman. It is desired by the honorable Ombudsman that a consolidated report may be sought from all the CEOs in Punjab.
2. Therefore, I ant directed to request that report of your respective district on pending complaints (if any) from students and their parents regarding fraudulent practice of illegal and unauthorized admissions of students in the private schools, in the courses without proper registration/affiliation followed by illegal recovery of charges/fees, may be submitted to this department within two days positively through email (soacaclemieWmail.com ) for its onward submission to the I honorable Ombudsman Punjab for its perusal.
