Clarification regarding E-Transfer Orders downloaded from SIS
Mr. Rana Abdul Qayyum sb. issued the Clarification regarding E-Transfer generated from SIS. According to this letter Signature of authority is required only when file move to Account Office.
رانا عبدالقیوم خان کی جانب سے جاری ہونےوالے ایک لیٹر کے مطابق کوءی بھی ٹیچر جب ای ٹرانسفر کے ذریے ٹرانسفر ہوتا ہے تو اس کو کسی بھی قسم کے ای ٹرانسفر لیٹر پر دستخط کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی۔

Apropos to the subject.
It has been observed that in Joining & relieving process Heads, Dy. DEO, DEO and CEO are asking about signed copy of orders. It is to clarify that at the bottom of transfer orders. It has clearly been mentioned that, ”This is a computer generated order and does not require signatures. Teachers can Join based on this order”.
The system generated E-Transfer orders through SIS can be verified by the Heads, supervisory staff, Dy. DEO, DEO and CEO through SIS portal and a through QR code On the top of E-transfer orders QR code Is always available and through this QR code verification of order can be made.
After verification of e-transfer orders through SIS portal relieving and Joining reports may be signed for submission in District Accounts Office.
Above mentioned directions may be implemented in true letter and Spirit forthwith.
