QUOTA GENERAL CADRE
Reference to the subject noted above.
You are requested to please provide the service record of EST Arts (Male) upto 18.02.1997 and EST’s Arts (Female) upto 31.12.1997 & EST Science (Male) up to 04.01.2016 & EST Science (Female) upto 04.01.2016 (joining in Lahore District or transferred from other District), for in¬service promotion from EST’s to SST’s under the Government Notification SOR-III (S&GAD) I-19/2004 (P) dated: 14-03-2014 detail is as under:

SST (ARTS) 1.Master’s degree (second division) in Urdu, Pak Study, Islamic Studies or English and others from a recognized University and 2.M.Ed, M.A (Education) or B.Ed (second division) from recognized University or B.Ed. (lions.) (four years degree) from a recognized University. |
SST (Science) 1.Master’s degree (second division) in Physics, Chemistry, Math, Zoology, Biology or Botany from recognized University, and 2.MEd, MA (Education) or B.Ed (second division) from recognized University. |
Following documents must be attached.
1. Appointment order as EST with Joining Report.
2. Last three years result with PEC comparison.
3. Original and copies of degrees, MA/M.Sci B.Ed etc along with detail marks.
4. Verification of MA/M.Sc & B.Ed/ MA (Education)/ M.Ed.
5. Original & Copy of Service Book (Completed of necessary entries upto 31.12.2021).
6. Transfer order with joining reports from other District (if Applicable).
7. Synopsis of complete C.R Dossier. (last 5 years ACRs)
All service record along with NO ENQUIRY. NO DEMAND & NO PUNISHMENT CERTIFICATE must be enclosed with their in-service promotion files.
You are once again requested that the above mentioned documents / information /complete cases in all respect may please be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before 05.03.2022, positively without fail otherwise missing candidates will not have any right for claim of promotion.
THIS MUST BE TREATED AS TOP PRIORITY.
