Khan is hereby placed under suspension under Section-6 of the PEEDA Act, 2006. Her services are placed at the disposal of Secretary, School Education Department with immediate effect for proceedings under Section-3 of the Act ibid on the charges of inefficiency, misconduct and corruption.
