ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (MONITORING)
CC:
1 The PSO to Chief Secretary Punjab.
2. The PSO to Special Secretary, School Education Department

There are several public welfare initiatives we can take at minimal cost, some of which I have listed in the Annexure to this letter.

Many of the listed initiatives are already being implemented by the District Administration: we will now start reviewing progress made in our weekly meetings. A reporting format will be shared separately.
While carrying out the assigned tasks you will need the support of the field officers of various provincial government departments. In case of any lack of responsiveness in this context, please reach out to the concerned Secretary.
And, as I have always said, I am just a call away.
