Clarification for Grant of Special Allowance 2021 by Finance Department
فنانس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی جانب سے اکاونٹنٹ جنرل پنجاب کو ایک وضاحتی لیٹر لکھا گیا ہے۔ جس میں اس بات کی وضاحت کی گئی ہے کہ 25 فیصد سپشل الاونس کن ملازمین کو ملے گا اور کن ملازمین کو نہیں ملے گا۔ جس کے مطابق سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے تمام ملازمین اس سپیشل الاونس کے لئے اہل ہیں ۔

Subject: Grant of Special Allowance 2021 @ 25% to the Employees of Government of the Punjab in BS-1 to BS-19 who are not received any cadre / Service Specific Allowance.
I am directed to refer to your letter bearing No. TM-I/2-3A(IV)/2021-22/2501 dated 05.08.2021 on the subject cited above.
2. The case has been examined. It is clarified that under serial No. A(1)(h) title Finance Department Second Schedule under Rule 3(3) of the Punjab Government Rules of Business 2011 , that Special Allowance-2021 @25% is not admissible to those Civil Servants of the Government of the Punjab in BS-1 to BS-19 who are drawing any of the Following Allowance.

3. Governor’s House Allowance
4. Design Allowance
5. Non-Practicing Allowance
6. Sessional Allowance Law Department
7. Sessional Allowance

11. Special Allowance (District Attorneys DDA & ADA )
