With reference to the subject cited above.
As you are well aware that the Government of the Punjab Health Department has decided to conduct TCV campaign in 24 district including District Rahim Yar Khan in June 2021. In this regard. a meeting of DPEC District Rahim Yar than regarding TCV Campaign – 2021 was held under the Chairmanship of Worthy Deputy Commissioner, Rahim Yar Khan on 03.06.2021. In which the chair directed the Education Department to improve their cooperation with the Health Department during TCV campaign-2021. All Concerned Authorities are directed to inform the below guide lines to the concerned Principal / Head Teachers of the schools located in Urban Union Councils
a) Principal / Head Teacher of each school should be nominated a teacher as Focal Person for TCV Campaign -2021, in all Government & Private Schools to coordinate with health teams,
b) Focal Persons meeting should be arranged at Tehsil level with the coordination of Health & Education department, Tehsil level to highlight the importance of vaccination and arrangements during TCV campaign 2021.
C) Cooperation with visiting teams in school for Vaccination (9 month to 15 year) during TCV
campaign 2021.
d) Instructions be issued to private schools for vaccination during TCV campaign accordingly,
e) To help in motivation of refusal families & tracking of not available (NA) children.
f) All Schools should extend to work as outreach kit station for vaccination in their respective areas.
Moreover, the Assistant Education Officer of Markaz Saddar (City Markaz} will
coordinate with the health team.
