Subject: GUIDANCE REGARDING REGULARIZATION OF SERVICES OF EDUCATORS APPOINTED UNDER RECRUITMENT POLICY 2008-09

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above.
In pursuance of order dated 13.02.2017 in appeal Nos. 3773 to 3377 of 2015 and 1840 of 2016 and subsequent order dated 23.05.2019 of the apex court of Pakistan the date of regularization of SSEs / SSTs (CS/IT) appointed under recruitment policy 2008-09 , 2011 may be considered for regularization w.e.f. 19-10-2009 and 10-09-2011 as the case may be.
