Subj.: BREAKUP OF DEVELOPMENT FUNDS AND CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF DEVELOPMENT SCHEMES DURING FINANCIAL YEAR 2020-21 PERTAINING TO DEA’s

Kindly refer to this department’s earlier letter of even No. dated 06.07.2020 on the subject noted above, whereby, district-wise share against 07 Blocks was conveyed and a request was made to approve schemes by 31.07.2020, but same had not been approved after lapse of almost 2 months.
2. On the other hand, Planning & Development Board has Issued advice regarding release of funds amounting to Rs.3290,000 million in Account-V of concerned District Education Authorities vide No. 1(17)RO(ADP)P8rD/2020 (Technical Supplementary Sr. No. 64) dated 26.08.2020 for the execution of 6 Bloc. / Programs (excluding Missing Facilities Block) during Financial Year 2020-21 as per already conveyed district-wise share. Accordingly, Finance Department has been approached on 26.08.2020 to credit above said amount In AC¬V of D. concerned as per district wise share.
3. I am, therefore, directed to request you to expedite the approval process of ADP 2020-21 personally and place cases before the District Development Committees Immediately, issuance of AAs of development schemes be made within next 10 days. Competent Authority has further desired that Tendering of the schemes be finalized by the end of this month i.e. 30.09.2020.
