SUBJECT: PROVISION OF UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING REGULARIZATION OF ALL CONTRACT EMPLOYEES IN PROVINCE OF PUNJAB W.E.F. 14.10.2009 TO DATE
Kindly refer to this Department’s Notifications No.DS(O&M)5-3/2004/Contract(MF) dated 14.10.2009, Circulars No.DS(O&M)5-3/2004/Contract(MF), 10.11.2010 and 28.02.2012, Notifications No.DS(O&M)(S&GAD)5-3/2013, dated 01.03.2013 and 02.03.2013 (copies enclosed) on the subject noted above.
Justice Ayesha A. Malik, Judge of the Lahore High Court, Lahore took up HEARING OF Writ Petition No.11029 of 20014 alongwith other connected Writ Petitions filed by some of employees of different Departments seeking regularization of their services on 04.12.2014. The Hon’ble, Lahore High Court, Lahore has desired that an updated information may be provided with regard to employees whose services were regularized and are yet to be regularized in pursuance of above referred notifications.
3. It is, therefore, requested that requisite information be provided to this
Department through fax (042-99211993) by Monday, i.e., 08.12.2014, on the proforma attached herewith.
