SUBJECT : CHECKING OF RECORD PERTAINING TO RECRUITMENT OF EDUCATORS.

Please find enclosed herewith self-explanatory letter No. 4324/PC dated 22.07.2020 and its subsequent reminder No. 4474/PC dated 30.07.2020 issued by Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Faisalabad on the subject cited above.
You one hereby directed to ensure compliance in letter and spirit. However, if you need to verify any Letter of Agreement of educator recruited from 2001 to up-till now, submit your request for necessary verification to the under signed as well as Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Faisalabad directly within two days positively being immediate controlling / responsible authority/ DDO and to re-examine / check the record pertaining to the recruitment of educators working under your jurisdiction otherwise, it will be presumed that you are satisfied with the genuineness of record of the educators working under your control and it will be further reported / submitted to the above said higher authority.
In case of any Discrepancy / Bogusness / Fake record being found in future all the responsibility will lie on your shoulders and you will be personally responsible for all the consequences.
