Instructions regarding conduct of PEC Exam 2020
• District Education Officer / District Controller Examination PEC issued Some instruction for PEC Exam 2020. These instructions also forward to all concern offices in Rahim Yar Khan. District Controller Examination issued strict instructions.
• Chief Executive Officer Rahim Yar Khan established a Complaint cell regarding Pec Exam 2020 in CEO DEA Office. If any one have complaint regarding Cheating or misconsparency than they must contact on these numbers.

• All clusters must issued the Roll number slips to all students before 01-02-2020.
• Training of invigilator staff will be conducted at relevant exam centers on 01-02-2020 between 0900am to 1200pm.
• Make sure attendance of all staff.
• Dy. District Education Officer is responsible to take all papers from District Head Quarter to Tehsil Head Quarter on Daily basis.
• During the handed over and taken back of papers from CTSC head time must be entered on Register.
• During Exam any kind of entertainment is strictly banned.
• Visit plan of Mobile inspectors must be finalized with Coordination of Dy. District Education Officer in Each Tehsil.
• AEOs must stayed at their respective Exam centers till packing of Papers.
• CCTV Cameras must be active where installed at Exam and Cluster Centers.
• Dy. District Education Officers Collect the CCTV Footage and submit in office of CEO DEA Rahim Yar Khan.
• Section 144 imposed at all exam Centers.
