Termination Of SSE Physics Math due to Professional Qualification in Okara

SUBJECT : TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

You were appointed as SSE ( Phy-Math) BS-16 vide No. 4553 , dated 16.08.2012 and joined on 23.08.2012 for a period of 5 years . according to the contract agreement condition no.4 . you were bound to qualify the professional qualification within 3 years , but you failed to pass the professional qualification within the prescribed period.

The letter dated 03.09.2018 recieved from school education department Punjab Lahore , you was called on 13.09.2018 at 02:00pm for personal hearing due to non compliance of the conditions of the contract between you and the education department.

you submitted your reply which is not satisfactory while the letter clearly says ,

“The competent authority has further been please to approve that the educators who were recruited policy 2012 and did not acquire professional qualification of B.Ed even after contractual period of five years may be sent packing with immediate effect”

It is therefore informed you that the undersigned being competent authority in this case hereby cancel your contract with immediate effect in compliance to the letter mention above.
