POOR PERFORMANCE TRANSFER LETTER OF HEADMASTER AND HEADMISTRESS IN PUNJAB

Lahore (online)  Government of the Punjab school education department give punishment to school heads due drop out in 10th class .

CM of the Punjab, Pakistan insist that all students which admitted or registered in Play Group, They must pass the 10th class in exclusive first division .

Which is against the natural system created by God.

Second factor which causes the drop out or students force it on leave the school is poverty.

Government of the Punjab and Government of the Pakistan still fail to eliminate the poverty in small cities of Punjab specially south Punjab.

Second factor is unemployment.

There is no scope for M. PHIL AND P. HD scholars in Pakistan.After a long struggle they get the job as Primary School Teacher in BPS -9 with just Rs. 19000 pay package tens of kilometres away from home. So For this job they move / travel near about 35 to 45 kilometre daily. In this job they face continue threat of DTE, AEO, MEA, DY. DEO, DMO, DCO, EDO, HEADMASTER.

Parents feel that Technical work is much better than education, there is is no threat in business like above terrible officers shockes.
